Quarterly Communique — Third Quarter 2026

As we enter the third quarter, Recession Proof Holdings is continuing to focus on building a stronger, more disciplined, and more sustainable organization across our core business interests. 

This quarter, our attention will be concentrated in three key areas: Financial Growth using Option Trading, RPH Business Capital, and Murphy Properties. Each represents an important component of our broader strategy to create opportunities, strengthen operations, and position our companies for long-term growth.

Financial Growth: 

One of our primary areas of focus this quarter will be Option Trading. We are dedicating time and resources toward developing a disciplined approach to options strategies, risk management, market analysis, and execution. 

The objective is not simply to participate in the markets, but to develop a repeatable and responsible trading framework. Education, preparation, risk controls, and consistency will remain central to this effort as we work to identify opportunities while protecting capital.

RPH Business Capital remains a major priority for the quarter. Our focus will be on expanding the company's marketing and business-development efforts while continuing to establish RPH Business Capital as a trusted resource for business owners seeking private capital solutions. 

We will strengthen our brand presence, refine our marketing message, develop new relationships, and expand our network of referral and strategic partners. The goal is straightforward: increase visibility, generate quality opportunities, and build lasting relationships with business owners and professionals who can benefit from our services. 

This quarter is about moving from simply being available in the marketplace to being more visible, more strategic, and more intentional about growth.

Murphy Properties: 

The third area of focus will be maintenance and improvements. 

Our properties represent long-term assets, and maintaining them properly is essential to protecting their value. This quarter, we will concentrate on necessary maintenance, repairs, improvements, and property enhancements that contribute to both operational efficiency and long-term asset value. 

The philosophy is simple: maintain what we have, improve what we can, and continue building a stronger portfolio over time.

Looking Ahead: 

While these three areas are different in nature, they share a common objective: strengthening the foundation of Recession Proof Holdings.
